HISTORY

1998: Founders Martine and Muli Yaldor created Y-Tech Solutions and quickly took over the Tampa branch of Automated Office Systems, which had been serving central and south Florida since 1960.

2000: Tampa Bay DSL was founded to provide Internet connectivity to the greater Tampa Bay area.

2006: The company expanded into hosted telecommunications, created PBX-Change, offering cloud-based systems, and partnered with Broadsoft.

2010: Transitioned our company focus to primarily our Voice, Cloud & Internet Solutions.

2016: State of Florida approved TampaBay DSL Inc as a registered CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Company).

2022: Official recognized by Hillsborough County, Florida DOT and City of Tampa as a registered utility provider putting us on the same footing as other “traditional” carriers.

2023: PBX-Change rebranded to KUDUCOM to place emphasis on being a single source full-service communications provider to businesses in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
