Founder's Day

Muli and Martine Yaldor created Y-Tech Solutions from Automated Office Systems a company with over 20 years service history in Tampa Bay

2000

Tampa Bay DSL

Tampa Bay DSL was founded to provide Internet connectivity to the greater Tampa Bay area.

2006

PBX-Change

The company expanded into hosted telecommunications, created PBX-Change, offering cloud-based systems, and partnered with Broadsoft.

2016

CLEC

State of Florida approved TampaBay DSL Inc, DBA PBX-Change, as a registered CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Company).

2023

KUDUCOM

Rebranded as KUDUCOM as a full-service communications provider to businesses in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
